Scope International Group History

SCOPE Company it was started as ( Engineering office) founded in 1991 by the Founder of SCOPE ( Dr. Eng.: M.Khaled Haydar.) who has a Big experience in the private and public sectors. He builds (SCOPE ENGINEERING) as a leading company providing multi disciplines such as; Engineering, Consultations, Project Management, GIS, Urban planning and Studies. its objectives and effects are profoundly clear and artistically poetic. The practice was operate from its Head Office based in, K.S.A. with branch office in Bahrain, showing the high quality work, delivers specialized and innovative engineering solutions by using a high quality Equipments and Tools , take full responsibility for the input of these professionals through standard coordination , integration.

From beggining SCOPE is strongly committed to achieving client’s satisfaction, expectation, and trust through professional support, helping in clients identifying their needs and transferring these needs into creatively engineered project with persistent and strong emphasis on, ethics, quality, safety, economy and efficiency.

Scope trip was as follows:

- 1991 - The Beginnings and Establishing.

- 2000 – Commissing and Growth,
SCOPE Having established an impressive portfolio with Engineering Consultancy projects having construction values worth Millions of dollars, the company then almost expanded to new markets in the GCC, most notably Saudi Arabia, based in Dammam, and Bahrain, based in Manama.
In 1991 SCOPE ’s Major Shareholders utilized their collective expertise to establish the company, and primarily for serving local infrastructure sector in Asia Minor and CIS Countries, which then proved itself as a rather reputable provider of Engineering services by participating in different projects.

- 2017 - Expansion
The Given year marks SCOPE’s establishment of a consortium with Creative Engineering Company “CEC” and (EPCM) Engineering , procurement , Construction , Management. in Turkey and Europe, the purpose of which was establishing an entity capable of competing in the changing trends in the industry, as well as complementing their experiences in varying fields of expertise. This Consortium marked the first of many conducted in the following years. national and international .

- 2021 - Spreading
SCOPE has established a network of design head offices & technical support facilities throughout the region. In addition to the offices in Dammam and Jubail, the company has also opened new offices in Jeddah, and Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Dubai in the UAE, 8 Branches in AFRICA Countries, and the work office in FRANCE.
This spreading includes a staff of more than 300 employees , engineers , expert and technicians along with the support staff members.

- 2024 - Business Collaboration
SCOPE established JV Consultancy Agreements with several international companies specialized in (EPCM) distinguished works in the fields of infrastructure , roads, railways, airports, tunnels, urban planning and landscape, in Asia, Europe, and Africa. The experiences of these companies have been added to SCOPE profile to enter the Market of international Projects.
